What is the ministry doing to improve the quality of services received by people with a developmental disability ?

The transformation of developmental services presents an opportunity to get ideas from people who receive supports and from those who provide them.

We’ve heard from individuals, families and agencies about the need to change the way developmental services and supports are provided.  The ministry wants to develop a quality assurance system to make sure that the goals of the transformation (fairness, accessibility and sustainability) are reflected in a new, enhanced and consistent method of quality assurance that supports improved results for individuals and families.
