Social Assistance Eligibility Estimator

Ontario has two social assistance programs for people in financial need:

• Ontario Works
• Ontario Disability Support Program

The Eligibility Estimator is a quick way to find out if you might qualify for one or both of these programs. It takes about 2-5 minutes.

The Estimator is anonymous - we will not ask you for your name or any personal identification.

The Estimator is not an application for Ontario Works or the Ontario Disability Support Program.

You should not use the estimator if:

• You are self-employed
• You need help with the costs of caring for a child who is temporarily in your care
• You need help with the extra costs of caring for a child with a severe disability
